EISHIN AUTO uses Square for appointment booking, payment processing, and certain booking-related communications.

When you submit payment information, payment-card information is processed through Square and its payment systems.

Eishin Auto LLC does not store your full payment-card number, card security code, or equivalent complete payment credentials in our Supabase database or internal Slack systems.

Square may separately collect payment-card and transaction information in connection with processing transactions. Square’s own privacy policies govern Square’s processing of information under its services.

We may use personal information to:

• Schedule and manage appointments
• Provide automotive detailing, vehicle-care, photography, membership, event, merchandise, or related services
• Communicate with you about appointments or services
• Maintain customer and vehicle records
• Process payments through our payment providers
• Provide customer support
• Manage Paddock memberships
• Communicate information about Paddock meetups, events, merchandise drops, and member activities when you have opted in
• Improve our services, website, operations, and customer experience
• Prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for business analytics and operational planning where the information cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Customer and operational information may be stored or processed using third-party technology providers that assist us in operating EISHIN AUTO.

• Supabase for database, application, authentication, or related infrastructure.
• Slack for authorized internal business communications and operational coordination.
• Square for scheduling, payment processing, transaction management, and certain customer communications.
• Twilio for EISHIN AUTO Paddock SMS/MMS communications.

We may add or replace service providers as our business systems evolve.

We provide service providers access to information only as reasonably necessary for them to perform services for us, subject to their applicable terms, privacy practices, and contractual obligations.

EISHIN AUTO operates separate categories of messaging.

Square Booking Communications. If you schedule an appointment through our Square-powered booking system, you may receive transactional or appointment-related communications through Square, including confirmations, reminders, updates, or other communications relating to your booking. These communications are separate from the EISHIN AUTO Paddock promotional messaging program.

EISHIN AUTO Paddock Messaging. If you separately opt in to EISHIN AUTO Paddock SMS/MMS communications, we may send recurring messages concerning member meetups, automotive events, Paddock activities, merchandise releases and drops, membership news, club announcements, and promotions related to EISHIN AUTO or the Paddock.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive Paddock marketing SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product, booking a service, or maintaining an EISHIN AUTO membership.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile telephone number or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose mobile information to service providers, telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, and other vendors solely as necessary to operate and deliver our messaging program or comply with applicable law.

SMS consent information will not be transferred to third parties for unrelated advertising or promotional use.

We may disclose personal information to:

• Payment processors
• Hosting and database providers
• Communication and messaging providers
• Software and technology vendors
• Professional advisers such as accountants, attorneys, insurers, and consultants

We do not disclose mobile opt-in information to buyers, partners, or unrelated third parties for their own SMS marketing.

EISHIN AUTO does not currently sell personal information in exchange for money.

If we later engage in practices that constitute the “sale” of personal data or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide legally required opt-out mechanisms.

However, no internet transmission, cloud platform, database, messaging platform, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers should avoid sending highly sensitive information to us through unsecured channels.

Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy-law thresholds are met, you may have rights concerning personal information, which may include the right to know what information we collect, access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, obtain a portable copy of certain information, opt out of certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Colorado law provides qualifying consumers rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-outs where the law applies to the business processing the information.

EISHIN AUTO’s website and services are not directed primarily to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website without legally required authorization.

EISHIN AUTO may photograph or record vehicles in connection with providing services, documenting condition, quality control, portfolio development, or marketing.

Where a photograph or video would identify an individual or contain sensitive personal information, we will handle that information according to this Privacy Policy and any applicable release or consent requirements.

Specific service agreements, membership agreements, event releases, or photography releases may provide additional terms concerning media usage.

Our website may contain links to third-party services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of third parties.

Interactions with Square, social networks, payment providers, mapping services, or other third-party platforms may also be subject to those companies’ respective terms and privacy policies.
